church camp was kinda disappointing, everyone goes to camp in hopes of being able to seek and know god better. well, the youth programme wasn't really god centred. it was more of a self improving "how to attain success" kind of thing. Not to mention the turn up was quite poor, there were only 15 of us. BUT even so we managed to achieve something, our music ministry hung out together for pretty much the whole time, and i guess it was a really really good time of bonding. and we've recruited one new member into the pussy cats! melly (: our new dear friend. let's track back to the memories in this camp- singing in the bus, leading worship, stealing cup noodles & milo fuze, playing monkey in da pool, playing polar bear and swat, painting asher's nails, impersonation of someone with a durian shoved up his ass, playing water glasses, the Oh-so-cute-midget, asher's and bryan's ring-the-doorbell-and-run or call-the-phone-and-hang-up-calls, girls throwing chips from the back of the bus, eating habits we've never knew exsisted, sour candy & medicated oil,and BIBLE!

i simply loved the new songs we did for worship, "who am i", "indesicbable", "jesus, what a beautiful name". plus another song we sang on the bus, "i want to fall in love with you" these are the words that are repeatedly sung in the song a love song for a saviour. everyone's constantly on a never ending quest to pursue god, even in the times we stumble, we know god's always there to minister to us.

everday we can experience God's greatness in a new way. I love how a worship song can put into words what your own words, thoughts, or emotions could never quite express. there is no purpose greater than the purpose of glorifying Him even through music. when we were singing birthday day songs in camp, even pastor gordan said that having fellowship with one another is a form of glorifying god. so even through music, we glorify him (: The lyrics of who am i shows how almighty god really is. if a god so big, who put the stars into place, knows me inside and out and still loves me the same, despite my sinful human nature, how great is he? he deserves more than what we could ever offer him even if we gave Him everything! he's simply an amazing god. i'm awestruck (;
