i finally got our buger partaye pics from melly (:

yeah. i met chernwei, chris, clar, & nic for tea last thursday. we went to this really nice pastry place called corica along north bridge road. they have absolutely good stuff! we had pastries, it was this cookie-biscuit- with-chocolate-moose-and-apricot-jam-inside-coated-in-white-chocolate-and-chocolate-syrup, apple strudels( which we divided nicely, nic ate the custard, clar ate the apples, and i ate the puff) and mud cakes. (:

we went to chernwei's place for a buger-balcony-BBQ! after stopping by the cold storage to shop for food. nic couldn't join us, so mel came! the food was heavenly. we made our own patties (: a really simple recipe really, the concuction of minced pork and beef, crushed ritz biscuits, sun dried tomatoes, egg whites, salt, and milk tasted delectable. and we grilled it over chern's small bbq grill in the balcony.

as usual, mine's the one without lettuce (: chris says it's like the classic cheesebuger. looks good huh. clar was tellin' us how she worked in macs for a period and chern says her burger was crying out for justice!

we made the shrooms stuffings too, we cut up little pieces shrooms and mixed it with ritz, egg yolk, bacon bits. yummy! it's the first time i willingly ate up all my mushrooms. chris's a great cook. really.






and that's how we BBQed the bacon, patties, potatoes and corn.

that ghostly figure in the 2nd last one was chris. she jumped off the sofa because there was a bug! haha. chris oh chris.
